Xzerus feels another chill run up his spine and it was at this point he was not alone. He could always sense danger, given that it was close enough. He bit his lower lip and moved cautiously across the throne room, curious of the danger that awaited him. He drew his sword and held it at his side as his eyes rapidly scanned the area ahead. He felt his breathing begin to pick up and he began to sweat as fright took over. He swallowed, sucked it up, and forced himself to continue moving forward.

Smirks a bit, as she transforms into a woman about the same age as the appearance of the man that was making haste to leave the throne room, her hair turned blond...and her eyes blue. She looked as innocent as possible, as she began to put on an act for the human, "Hello?" she said in a quiet, shivering tone, "Is anyone here?"

Xzerus glances immediately toward the woman, his weapon still raised. Questions swarm in his head. Is she dangerous? Is this her home? Have I intruded upon her lair? He moves toward her, still moving with caution. He bites his lower lip before speaking, "Who are you? What are you doing here?" He had to struggle to keep his voice from shaking; Xzerus had never been a brave man.

The girl peeks her head out of the shadows, her eyes seeming to have so much fear that they were almost watering. She was shaking, oh so slightly...As though she had seen a ghost. There were a few cut marks on her hands, up to her sleeves. "I-I'm Destiny," she shuddered, and took a small step forward, "I have no idea why I am here...C-Can you help me?"

Xzerus lowers his weapon, but he refuses to put it away. He moves toward Destiny still, but at a more mild pace. He tilts his head at her, inquisitive. He finally speaks, "So, I'm not the only one? You don't know why you're here either? Interesting. Maybe you can help me, too. I have a feeling we're not the only two in this castle, and that the others present are a danger to us." His fear had subsided as soon as he no longer saw Destiny as a threat.
