Daybreak Orphanage

~Introduction~

Once, there was a great war between several races of different beings on Earth. The war brought great destruction and cost countless lives on all sides. But peace was eventually forged, and though the war cost the world most of its technology, much was quickly restored.
It has been almost 10 years since then, and the year is 25XX. Because the war was so great and costly, the technology is the same as in the early 21st century. And sue to the war, many orphans were left behind. That was why the Daybreak Orphanage was founded by Sarah Feather. She, at age 15 and with help from a dear departed friend and the inheritance from her parents who died in the war, founded it and took in children who, like her, lost their parents in the war, as well as those who lost parents for other reasons. The orphanage has been fully functioning for 7 years.

~Rules~

1. Respect all other RPers. Conflicts between RP characters is fine, but not harassment. If it goes that far, I will boot you from my RP and tell Charity-sama.
2. All Romance and violence PG-13. Nothing past removal of clothes should be mentioned, and don't give details nobody wants to hear. There are younger RPers and forum viewers here. No warnings, I'll tell Charity-sama and boot you from the RP.
3. No chat speak outside of OOC. Two warnings and then I'll boot you the third time. And I think that's being nice.
4. Please post, at the least, three sentences, and try to make those good. I would be stricter, but I myself an quite busy. Also, use proper grammar and, when possible, spelling. I understand nobody's perfect, but please try.
5. Follow the Portray RP rules. Also, please read the rules. I probably don't need to say this, but please, just do. And if a Portray tule somehow conflicts with mine in a way that makes Portray stricter than me (keep in mind I have the Portray rules in a separate tab) follow Portray rules over mine.
6. Nobody in this RP can be immortal. By that I mean you can die, somehow. Accept that if you join.
7. No godmoding or autohitting. These are covered in the Portray RP rules already, but I wanted to restate it. One warning only.

Powers: Invulnerability and immunity to many powers. For example, she cannot be mind controlled, have her mind read or be lifted by a telekinetic.
Bio: Having created the orphanage at a young Sarah was quick to learn responsibility after her life of being upper class. Although her inherited wealth most certainly helped, she refused to spend carelessly and would do much of the cooking and cleaning herself and would rely on the others to help her. She felt the work unified and strengthened them. No matter how limitless her money seemed, she refused to treat it as such.
Personality: To begin with she adopted a more, 'older sibling' mentality towards the other orphans, but as she's grown older it had developed into motherly love and tenderness. She can be quick and harsh to punish those who break the rules.

Bio: Raiko was born in a family of Abassy in the Underworld, where is kind is from. He left there at a young age with his family once demons began exterminating his kind like packs of wolves killing elk. His parents joined in the war and were killed, and he was passed from place to place until he ended up at Daybreak last year. He went through a lot of races and families. He was badly mistreated most of the time, often using music and cooking as an escape, and as a result rarely trusts others. But he had a few good times, and he cherishes them. He now tries to overcome the issues he faced in his childhood and try to trust again
